Valid values:

'3'	Sellside Calculated Using Preliminary (includes MiscFees and NetMoney)
'4'	Sellside Calculated Without Preliminary (sent unsolicited by sellside, includes MiscFees and NetMoney)
'5'	Warehouse recap
'8'	Request to Intermediary
