As former users, we were tired of returning our own bug fixes to software houses who soon after demanded a new licence fee for the product as they phased out support for the old release. We were determined that B2BITS would provide a new industry dynamic. Our business model is designed to engender trust and cooperation between us and our clients. We do not charge licence fees — instead we charge a monthly fee which covers all costs including all support and the right to any upgrades made to the software during the length of your contract. You will never be faced with a "surprise" upgrade fee or compulsory new licence purchase.
The second strand of our pricing philosophy is our determination that the highest level of functionality and support be available to all market participants. Our products are designed to be fast, robust and well supported enough for the largest and most demanding institution. Yet they are priced at a level which enables smaller clients to obtain the same level of functionality, both in terms of speed and features and to receive our industry leading* support.
In short our aim is that price should not be a factor in your decision making process, as we aim to provide the highest specification solutions at a price which enables.
